| In 2007, the contest was held in America, UK, Germany, twice in France, Russia, Turkey, Bulgaria, China, Japan, and Vietnam. |
| In 2008, the contest was held in America, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, twice in Russia, Turkey, Bulgaria, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Peru, and Mexico. |
