Objective |
| By providing bilateral exchange programs, LTI Korea hopes to play its role in promoting further interest in Korean culture as well as in strengthening the relationship between the countries. |
|
Description |
LTI Korea provides assistance to Korean writers to participate in cultural or literary exchange events as part of strengthening diplomatic relationships between countries, holding book fairs and events for honored countries, and so on. |

| - LTI Korea supported the celebration events for the honored countries in the 2005 Frankfurt Book Fair. |
- LTI Korea supported the literary events to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the diplomatic relationship between
Korea and France in 2006. |
- LTI Korea supported the literary events to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the diplomatic relationship between
Korea and China, the 50th anniversary between Korea and Turkey, and the 15th anniversary between Korea
and Vietnam in 2006 |
- LTI Korea supported the literary events to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the diplomatic relationship between
Korea and Thailand, and the literary events at the Korea Festival in Belgium in 2008. |

Objective |
| The purpose of this festival is to provide writers from different countries opportunities to share their ideas and forge relationships. |

Description |
| Between thirty to forty writers are invited for one week to participate in poetry reading, cultural experience events and discussions. |
|

The first festival of "Seoul Young Writers' Festival” was held in 2006. |
| - Time: May 7 to 13, 2006
|
| - Place: Seoul, Yeongju and Andong in Northern Gyeongsang Provence
|
| - Participants: 36 (20 Korean writers and 16 non-Korean writers)
|
| - Programs: Discussions, the city tour of Seoul, Korean cultural experience events, etc. |

The second festival of "Seoul Young Writers' Festival” was held in 2008. |
